It's nice and quiet. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff are extremely professional. Maintenance fixes things within 24 hours of reporting them

I love it. It is close to everything. Small town vibe in a large city. Easy access to highways. Incarnate Word is close by.

I love living here. The complex seems well maintained as well as safe.

Do it. It is a family friendly atmosphere. Close to UIW and Trinity and the Quarry area. Love it.

That the apartments are a little bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The upgrades in the apartments make it seem more like a house than an apartment. Surprisingly quiet in the complex, even with dogs and children. The neighborhood isn't the most desirable, but there are a lot of conveniences close by. Close enough to downtown and Riverwalk, and Salado Creek trail is less than a mile away, so you can escape busy Austin Highway very quickly. Management and maintenance staff very responsive and friendly. I've unfortunately had a few maintenance issues while I've lived here (broken sliding glass door, A/C froze up, etc) but all was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Apartments are very nice. Management is response to your needs. Maintenance is like no other. Close to UIW. Feel safe at apartment complex. Family atmosphere.

It is comfortable due to the convenient layouts. They have a decent gym and are located near 410 and 35. The parking can be annoying unless you have a reserved spot. I live in the first building and have to park near the back of the complex if I come in late from work.

It's really nice, but not the cheapest price.

My apt was brand new and affordable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the property is well maintained. I'm also very close to work and shopping.
